Safe Sanctuary PolicyRaleigh Moravian Church is strongly committed to ensuring the physical and emotional safety of all children involved in our programs. In order to provide a secure environment for learning and spiritual formation, we have adopted and implemented policies, procedures, and trainings for all volunteers. Training topics include mandated reporting of abuse, cyber-safety precautions, blood borne pathogen awareness, proper adult/child interactions and ratios, as well as emergency response to crisis or injury. In addition to our safety policies, volunteers who work with children and youth must submit to background checks and drug screenings.
