Nursery
Childcare is offered every week of the Sunday School year, beginning at 9:40 a.m., for infants and children through age 2. Our nursery workers are dedicated to providing a loving and caring environment for our youngest children. Nursery for this age group is also provided during the worship hour, along with a toddler and preschool nursery during the 11:00 a.m. worship service.
Faith Milestones
The Raleigh Moravian community encourages and celebrates faith milestones! Joining the church, baptism, first communion, and confirmation are all joyous events in the life of the church. We offer special mentoring and education for children and their families as they prepare for their first communion and later for confirmation.

Children's Sunday SchoolChildren in preschool through 5th grade are welcome to attend weekly Sunday school September – May. There are two classes available: Preschool-1st grade and 2nd-5th grade. Both classes follow the Whirl lectionary-based curriculum by Sparkhouse Publications. The content is intended to serve as a springboard into worship. Children experience a scriptural passage each week through discussion, readings, crafts, short videos, and other hands-on activities. You can learn more about our curriculum by clicking here.
Raleigh Moravian is committed to offering an inclusive learning environment for all families. Children with special needs are encouraged and welcomed in any of our classrooms. If special accommodations or aid is required, we will make every effort to provide the services and resources necessary for success. For questions, concerns, or to inquire further please contact Jami Vandock, Director of Christian Education. |
